Storage Fees: If you have an item transfered in, and you do not begin the background check process within 30 days, you will be charged a $1 per day storage fee starting at a base fee of $30.
Transfer fees are subject to administrative charges if we do not recieve an FFL or customer information along with a firearm. This will be charged on a case by case basis with a minimum of a $40 administrative charge. If we do not recieve this information within 7 days of reciept of the firearm we are legally bound to destroy or surrender it. Please be sure this information is included with the shipment!
NFA Transfer fees must be paid prior to paperwork being filed. The fee for tax stamps has been reduced to $0, but the process itself has not changed. Please read below for details!
We are able to assist you with every step of the process in store! We are partnered with Silencer Shop to make the process as easy and painless as possible! We will have you make a Silencer Shop, and ATF eForms account. You will be able to do finger prints on our Silencer Shop kiosk right in store! Our staff will then take your photo to be uploaded to your Silencer Shop account. Within a day or two after your purchase you will receive an email with a link to "DocuSign". You can sign this document on your phone. Within another day or two you will receive an email saying you are "Ready to Certify". Please call us to be sure the system is working. If it is, swing into the store with your ATF eForms Username and 4 Digit Pin. We will then be able to submit your form!
If there is a model of silencer we do not have in stock that you are interested in, just ask! We are more than happy to special order exactly what you want. For special orders 100% of payment is due up front prior to the item being ordered.
YES! Machine Guns are legal for civilian ownership and use as long as they were registered before May 19th of 1986! This means there is a limited supply that only gets more and more limited. The process for purchasing a Machine Gun is the same as any other NFA item, with one additional step. In the state of Wisconsin you are required to have a "Law Letter". This is a signed document from your Chief of Police or County Sheriff saying that you are allowed to own a machine gun. We will assist you to the best of our abilities in attaining this letter, but some Wisconsin municipalities will not be willing to sign a law letter.
