Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from our Distributor’s warehouse and may take 5-7 business days to ship!

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY DENIED BACKGROUND CHECKS. THIS IS OUT OF OUR HANDS. WE DID NOT DENY YOU. THE U.S. GOVERNMENT PROCESSED THE DENIAL!

1. Full payment is required before any background check will be submitted.
2. The address written on the ATF 4473 and/or WI Handgun Background Check application MUST be your current residence. Your VALID state issued Driver’s license must have your current address on it. We No longer Accept ID’s.
3. ANY ATTEMPT TO STRAW PURCHASE A GUN (BUYING A GUN FOR SOMEONE ELSE) WILL BE REPORTED TO FEDERAL, STATE, AND/OR LOCAL AUTHORITIES. IF WE SUSPECT AT ANY POINT THAT THIS IS OCCURRING, WE WILL IMMEDIATELY CANCEL THE TRANSACTION, REPORT TO THE AUTHORITIES, AND ANY PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
4. IF YOU HAVE THE SMELL OF MARIJUANA, ALCOHOL, CRACK, METH, OR ANY OTHER PROHIBITED SUBSTANCE WHILE TRYING TO PURCHASE OR CARRY A FIREARM…YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO STATE, FEDERAL, AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACCORDINGLY. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO WHEN YOU RETURN AT A LATER DATE TO PICK-UP YOUR FIREARM (IF DELAYED OR LAYAWAY). ANY AND ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE LOST!!!
5. If a Denied background check is appealed and overturned within 1 year from the date of purchase, 100% of original purchase price will be credited to your account for use on a firearm purchase. You must provide us with documentation from the FBI/ WI DOJ in order for us to run the background check again.
6. We will NOT Transfer a Firearm unless an APPROVED/PROCEED status is given. Meaning that if your NICS status goes to “open” we will not transfer the gun. There will be a 25% restocking fee if this occurs, which will be redeemable with in one year as in store credit for a future firearm purchase. *An open Status will also cause a denial on silencer transfers.*
7. The name of the purchaser, the credit card holder, and the individual coming in to pick up the firearm MUST MATCH!
8. We are not responsible for any cosmetic variations between the online image of the product, and the firearm you receive! The thumbnail is an average approximation of the product you are ordering! These are stock photos!
9. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in product descriptions! These are written and provided by our distributors and are put in place by default.
10. Handguns are subject to a $12 Background check fee!
11. There is no transfer fee if you pickup in store!
12. All Warranty work MUST be handled by the manufacturer.

We reserve the right to cancel ANY order for ANY reason including but not limited to: Names not matching between required documents, online price displaying improperly due to system issues, insuffiscient inventory, etc.

If for any reason the item you have ordered is out of stock by the time your order is processed you will be refunded in full! Orders processed through our warehouse are accepted in the order they are recieved. If stock is limited you are not guranteed to be the first in line.
