In store shipping option is for in store pick ups ONLY. We now accept Certified Check & USPS Money Orders on all Firearms, and Accessories with a sale price OVER $500! If paying via Certified Check or USPS Money Order you MUST reach out to us to verify the total, and send it WITH tracking within 5 business days! Again, we NEED tracking for your Certified Check/USPS Money Order!

We will no longer sell firearms that come with “high capacity” magazines to any state with mag restrictions. So if a firearm comes with magazines that are not legal in your state we WILL NOT sell it to you. Until recently we allowed sales of firearms without the magazines. However despite our best efforts to clearly state this multiple times in our listing, terms and follow up email, we have revised this policy. It is unfortunate as many did not have a problem with this, however due to a number of problem customers in restricted states not understanding or reading our policy this has been ruined for everyone. There will be no exceptions for any reason and yes, Dealers and Law Enforcement, this applies to you too as it is primarily issues with Law Enforcement and Dealers that are forcing us to make these changes.

Due to updated California Law we currently will NOT sell or ship anything to people living in The State of California. 

We will not ship any item to the state of Washington for any reason.

If you are a C&R holder and win a Rifle or Shotgun that we have listed as "C&R Eligible" you must select "Other" for your shipping option at checkout. If "Other" is not selected, you will have to call and make payment over the phone for the $20 in additional shipping. We recently re negotiated rates with UPS and lowered our shipping prices across the board, however Residential Deliveries (C&R Shipments) still cost us significantly more.

INSURANCE: Insurance is automatically put on any Firearm invoice at our actual rate of 1.85%. If you choose to decline insurance, please call to pay for your order over the phone so we can take payment with insurance removed. Unfortunately there is no way that we are aware of to do this on Gunbroker. If you decline insurance, you accept any and all risks of damage/loss/theft once it has left our store. If you wish to add insurance for any non firearm, please call and pay for it over the phone.
 

We do not test fire nor do we have the ability to test fire any of our firearms. All items will ship with in 5 business days of receiving payment and FFL. We will update your order with tracking info once shipped, if you do not have it, it has not shipped and is currently in queue. If we need anything to complete the processing of your order, we will reach out to you within 5 days of the auction ending. Please do not call us checking on the status of your order, on top of operating a full time gun store, we average 50-60 auctions ending each week. Stopping to look up each individual status takes time away from us processing orders, rest assured, your order will ship out within 5 days of receiving payment and FFL. If you'd like to confirm we have received the receiving FFL and payment, feel free to message us through Gunbroker. If for some reason something slipped past us, and it has been over 5 business days, do not hesitate to call!

UPS next day/overnight does not mean your order will show up the next day after paid, it simply means once shipped it will ship out via UPS next day air. In store pick up is available for all items unless otherwise stated. Placing a bid is a binding contract. Once a bid is placed it cannot and will not be removed. If There is no "Buy it Now" option listed, do not ask for one, it is impossible to add it or make any changes to the listing once an item has bids on it.
